Who is responsible

RODA (RODA Plugins) is responsible for the personal data described here.

What we collect and why

Your account: your email address and password, so you can log in and get your plugins. Passwords are stored encrypted and we can't read them.
Your purchases: which plugins you bought, when and what you paid, so we can give you your downloads and keep the accounting records the law requires.
Payment details: handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, country and the payment result, but never your full card number.
Your country: used for a moment to show prices in your currency. It isn't stored.

We use this data to deliver what you bought (performing our contract with you) and to meet legal duties such as bookkeeping. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Cookies

We only use cookies the site needs to work: one that keeps you logged in, and one that remembers the currency you picked. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Who else handles your data

We use these services to run the store. They only process data on our behalf:

Stripe: payments and receipts
Supabase: accounts and purchase records
Cloudflare: storing and delivering plugin downloads
Our web host, which runs this website

Some of these companies may process data outside the EU/EEA. When they do, it's protected by the EU's standard contractual clauses or similar safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your account until you ask us to delete it. Purchase and payment records must be kept for 5 years under the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act (bokføringsloven), even if you delete your account.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we have about you, correct it, get a copy, or have it deleted. Contact us to do this. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.no).
